PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is welcome in Pounds Sterling, by cheque or bank transfer. I welcome payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch and JCB.

RETURNS
I try to give accurate descriptions of my books. In the (hopefully rare) event of misdescription, books returned within 7 days of delivery will be refunded in full.


SHIPPING

Shipping and insurance is charged at cost.

Books are normally despatched within the UK by 1st Class mail, or ParcelForce for packages weighing more than 1 kg. Expensive items are consigned by Special Delivery.

Books for foreign destinations are sent by Airmail. Customers can specify shipping by Fedex for expensive items or urgent delivery.


PRIVACY

My secure ordering page uses industry standard 128 bit encryption and no credit card details are stored after the transaction is completed. Customer mailing details are retained as part of an audit trail, but are not made available to third parties.
